Halifax Question

I applied for a Halifax Ultimate Reward Current Account on Sunday evening. I got the normal 7 day response message, so I logged into On-line banking today, (I previously registered when i applied last, but got decline last time) and it's given me an account number and sort code and besides that in another column it says £0.00.
So I rang them up and they said it says pending, does this mean it has been accepted and i just need to activate it with a £100 deposit? Or is it standard to have that column and it's been declined?
Thanks

No mate - all halifax accounts are allocated a roll number and account/sort code. They still decline after this, if they deem it necessary to.
You've not been accepted as yet, when you have it will change status from decision pending to a drop down box with features, like transfer funds; check balance; view statements etc etc
Good luck though2010 - year of the troll
