Hi there, I wonder if anyone can guide me.
I have a Nintendo Wii and have had from new since June 2007. For the past 5 month's it has been playing up, as in when I go to play a game an error message will pop up saying "cannot read isc please eject and re-start your Wii" or I may be playing a game and suddenly it will say "a fault has occured pleas eject the disc and re-try" or problem reading the disc please see your manual". I have checked how much use I have had and since new it has only been used for just under 120hours gameplay.
i am sure that this comes under the sale of goods act fair amount of usage policy (or would i be wrong?)
I personally don't think that I have had much use especially as my DVD player is older than 3yrs and has given me more that 4 times the hours play, as has my 8yr old CD player on my Hi-Fi and that gets used EVERY week.
Any suggestions of what I could say to Nintendo regarding this would be very gratefully received (even if's it's to say tough you've had it too long.
Many thanks in advance Ian
