I used an agent once that were open all Easter Weekend. On Saturday morning I took them a huge tin of chocolates and told them the house was spotless and that I'd be in if they wanted to send people round. I had 12 viewings that day!
And I accepted an offer just as the in-laws served up lunch for us on Easter Day
Lesson = Chocolate can buy you favour
LOL. You know, I said to my other half this morning that I wouldn't be surprised if the agent did close over Easter, I must give them a call, no point in having a massive tidy up if nobody is likely to come.0
