Claiming Back credit card charges

We have just had Consumer Credit Services on the phone saying they will try and claim or charges back for a fee of £199.99. Do we do it or just do it all ourselves???

:ADD1 17/1/04 (9 weeks early):ADD2 1/9/07 (4 weeks early) :ADS 5/7/2011 (5 weeks early)
Started comping June 2010 (my bad luck follows me everywhere I go so won't win anything)

Do it yourself!! You get all the info you need from this site including template letters to send to your credit card provider.
