My son has an xbox 360 and has forgot his windows live ID, he needs this to add a new credit card as the old one has expired. Is there any way of retreving this or getting on to his account with a new email address.

So he has forgotten his live ID ? so could he not do the forgotten password route and answer teh scret answer, instead of adding a credit card to the cad which isnt neccessary you can buy the subscriptions and ms points from the internet and maybe even get the code in 24 hours but depends on teh site used as some will give the code after 24 hours due to security reasons, let me know if theres anything else i can help with0
