Is it on the second set of leaves on my toms that i can repot? :beer:

    I can't wait for that, I pot into 3" pot at the cotyledon stage.

    Yes you can, but it is not critical, as others have said seems anytime you fancy it

    Should i warm the compost to room temp before planting thinking cold compost may shock and kill seedlings.

    It shouldn't kill the seedlings, but it'll just slow them down until they get used to their new environment

    I always use warmed (chill off) water from a can the first time, after that its the hose like the rest.
