Pin sent, but no card?

Hi

I opened a new account with Halifax a couple of weeks ago, and got sent a welcome pack and pin number which I recieved last Thursday. Am I right in thinking that a card should have been sent too? As I've not recieved it and thought they usually come within a day or two of each other.

The card should have been sent two days after the PIN.

Possible reasons for this not happening are...

i) You have not funded the account with £100, and left this there overnight.
ii) They have not yet received sufficient ID from you.
iii) They have not yet received your signed application form.

If none of the above apply to you, then phone them.
