Anyone got an number for Aviva

Mum took out car insurance with them a week ago Monday just gone. She still hasn't received her insurance documents and she rang up end of last week about them and it took ages to get through on the 0800 number and the person she spoke was very difficult to understand.

Any other numbers she could use to chase them up?

Thank you for this link! Had a nightmare trying to talk to people abroad about a complex claim they just refuse to listen to and have spent hours on the phone to them.

Sorry in my doo lally state forgot to reply to to his. Thanks very much is use that site a fair bit don't know why i didn't think of it (doh), just as we were about to call them the document turned up this morning just took a while to come through...typical...

Hope not, they were a nightmare when i had health insurance with them but i had hoped their car insurance would be better...Oh well better brace myself for calls from mum then...:(
