BG Meter Reading computer gone haywire

I submitted my usual monthly meter readings on the Energy Smart system,and got an acknowledgement. Today, I got two emails from BG saying that they had a problem with the system and could I re-send them which I did and then got another email saying my bill was not due yet but the readings would be applied to my account. What's going on? Computer says No!!

I've now had six email acknowledgements thanking me for my meter readings. I'd better not get six bills!0

No, you can only have one bill per fuel. It's likely that the system just went a little haywire. You should receive your bills within the next 7 days at the most.0
