HELP - Samsung LE19R86 - TV Manual

I have the above TV, but have lost the manual and I need to retune it - no channel 5.

I've searched on the web and can't find a manual. Does anyone know where I can get one or how I can re-tune the tv because of the digital retune?

Have not got the 19 in one but on my 21 it is the button D.Menu then the Satellite Dish section and auto store
