How long for refund?

Hello again, Further to my thread the other day I have sent the dress back to the seller monday afternoon, special delivery and I can see it was recieved at 7.55 am yesterday. I have messaged the seller saying that I have sent the dress back but have not had any reply. Is there any rules on when she should refund? Just feel her communication is really poor and just want to know whats going on. Is there anything more I can do to get her to hurry up? Thanks, Kelly

Hi Kelly, I didn't see your thread the other day.

If you have opened a dispute, you should ensure your tracking details are attached to it, and a note to say the item was delivered at date/time.

If there is no dispute, you could try getting the sellers details. In advanced search, you can opt for 'find contact information' you will need the sellers id and the item number. You should then receive an email from Ebay with the sellers telephone number. Give her a call and find out what the situation is.
