Central heating estimate.......

I have just had a estimate to get central heating installed in my one bed maisonette which currently has electric economy 7 heaters installed.
The estimate is:
£2600
This is for:
A valiant boiler (which i believe is one of the better ones)
5 radiators
towel rail in bathroom
all the piping
a new flu i believe...
labours cost
the removal of the old economy heater and filling of the holes
he is gassafe/corgi registared and will provide a certificate
does this estimate sound reasonable???? as I am on a budget of 5k and also need a new kitchen,flooring/carpet ,decorating and a some furnashing. I was thinking it would it be best to do this before i made the above improvements because if I did it the other way round it could get a bit messy...
(i did previoulsy post a similar post but found has not gas safe/corgi hence the price)

Lucky escape last time then!
As I said before, if he buys from Plumb Center, you will get a further £500 off from the A1 scheme, or does this include this?0 -
