in Credit cards
Hi, I have had a problem on line with a supplier who took the money and did not supply the goods; I tried visa chargeback through the NatWest Bank and they say that visa claims only apply to credit cards, not debit cards. I have been told by the bank to go to the Police / CAB for legal help...is this right?

Do you still have the little booklet that came with your debit card, the number for RBS group chargebacks in it that book.
The branches are useless at this sort of thing, you definitley can get a chargeback done if you have followed the procedure properly
i'm with another RBS bank and the number in my book is 08453660391 tell them your a natwest customer
