Yes, fine but if you have paid £100 or over for a decent watch, you could easily ruin the appearance if the pliers slip! Much better to buy the actual tool from https://www.watchbattery.co.uk or similar. The one from watch battery co. costs £6.50 . (under tools & accessories) Remember though if you have an expensive watch, that a watch battery fitted by anyone other than an authorised agent nullifies the warranty and also the water resistant factor is no longer valid.billy_the_kid wrote:Most modern waterproof watches can be opened with a pair of needle nosed pliers.
