Is one of the problems it is not selling that it is owned 1/3 by the Church? I am not sure I would want to buy 2/3rds or the house...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

£500 CT pm would indicate that both properties were in Band E/F, and she should be getting 25% single person discount on flat. I am assuming that the £130K asking price for bungalow is for two thirds share.
Can you confirm what bands flat and bungalow are in?If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

Well someone bought it with that arrangement originally (the Grandmother way back when), and someone else will probably do so again, at the right price.
Or are you saying no one will ever buy it for even £1 because of that partial ownership by the Church arrangement?
When offered to the market at an attractive price it will get a buyer. End of.0
