Minimum Spend To Redecorate

Morning Folks

As our buckles are quite tight at the moment, I wondered what was the cheapest you'd ever made over your room for in your house?

I'd quite like to completely change my lounge, but can't afford to do the whole lot like new furniture etc and my leather suite is quite old now, although it's very, very comfy!

What's the cheapest you've ever made over your rooms for?

Invest £10 or so in some decent leather treatment and you may be surprised how well the suite comes up - leather is supposed to age anyway.

Cushions and throws are pretty cheap from the likes of Primark or Poundstretcher.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

    Thanks!

Quick question though - how do you get throws to stay on a leather suite please?? Don't they slide off all the time?

    Try Freecycle.

Put an ad on there for things you might need - paint, rugs, cushions etc. Youi will be surprised what turns up. And its all free. Plus if your friends and family are like most of us, they probably have half tins of gloss etc in there cupboards looking for a new home!
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.

Tie lengths of ribbon to the top corners, take them over the back of the sofa and tie them to the feet.
