when i asked hsbc about reclaiming due to financial problems having come out of work through disability the lovely banker told me were to go. a week later i recieved a letter telling me to repay any monies i had gone overdrawn on there accounts so telling them you are in financial difficulties goes right through all there departments.SO BEWARE of the listening bank, and any other banks as they will kick you when your down.:(:(

Was that from their collections team? You need to contact them and update your details. Branches NEVER deal with financial hardship cases and would or could put you on the phone to their collections team.
