Nationwide unauthorised overdraft

Hello, please could someone advise me. I have just checked my online banking with nationwide and was horrified to discover that i have gone into minus figures of £48.92 on the 29th March.
However, on that same day, i credited the same account with £100.
Currently there are no charges appearing on the account, and i have never been overdrawn before. I have called Nationwide and the chap advised me that as yet there are no charges and he doesn't think there will be, but said i should call back again in April to confirm this for sure.
I am really annoyed with myself and stressing over whether this will affect my credit rating at all now. Does anyone know whether it would?
Many thanks,
Frankie

You will not incur any charges and it will be as if there was no overdraft so long as the balance was restored to a positive one on the exact same day that it went negative.0

Thank you for your response Olipro, it was restored to a positive amount on the same day so hopefully that'll be the end of it - and a lesson learned for me!0
