Benson Bed delivery problems

We ordered a bed form our local Bensons Beds store last week. We were pleased that they could deliver in just over a week. We were told that someone would ring to advice delivery time and as this didnt happen I rang this morning and was told (by computer generated message) that bed would be delivered today as promised.
I took the day off, contacted and paid for local council to pick up old bed (which luckily we hadnt yet brought downstairs and put out in the pouring rain) and arranged for my nephew to come over and lend a hand. Just had a call apologising for the fact that the bed isnt on its way after all and they will try to sort something out for another delivery day.
I am very angry and just feel like cancelling the bed altogether, although not sure if I can.
Has anyone else had problms with Bensons or am I just unlucky?

There have been other threads about them but can't remember which forum they were in. I used them years ago and was 100% satisifed but I know there were complaints in those other threads.

Thanks for that, it seems someone is having real problems with the bed we have ordered.
According to Bensons terms and conditions we cant cancel because the order"constitutes a legally binding contract"
