Help with printer please!

Hi Hope somebody can help. I have an Epson C46 printer that keeps printing black lines. They seem to be where the carriage ends on each print line, so they are different places depending on what is being printed. It is nothing to do with the heads as I have done the nozzle check and head clean suggested on maintenance (helps for a short while then goes off again). It seems to be coming from the actual rollers where the paper comes out. I had a bit of a jam up recently and it seems to have happened from then.I like making computer greetings cards and it is costing me a fortune as I have to re-do them a lot of the time. Anybody any ideas please?

Have you checked for a small piece of paper trapped under the printer heads, carriage or rollers?I love my spell checker, it stops me making all sorts of stupid smelling mistakes. :doh:0

Hi Mr Meanie.Thanks for suggestion, I haven't checked for that. Need some way of giving it a good clean I think as it may be something simple like a piece of paper causing the problem,but don't know how!If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
