hi all,
i've just set up OTP on my account,
next time i login to my acc i c:
Error code: EBAN_0000
We are unable to process your request. If you were trying to register for OTP we recommend you change your passcode. You can change your passcode by clicking on the 'Personal details' at the top of this page and then clicking on 'Change Passcode'. If you were cancelling a payment instruction please be aware that we may not have been able to process your instruction because you are trying to cancel a payment which is due now, or in the next few days. If you require further assistance, please contact our Technical Help team by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link above.
What does it mean?
