Mbna help please

Please can somebody help me ????

I have started a claim following Martins templates with MBNA, I am trying to reclaim PPI charges on my credit card! Basically I sent the first stage letter requesting my monies back, and recieved a phone call from MBNA, the lady on the phone was very intimidating and tried to get me to accept half the amount of the money that I paid in claims and half of the intrest.:o I told her that I wouldn't accept this and she told me to think about and should would send me a letter of the offer and a summary of our telephone conversation. I am very annoyed with MBNA as I have evidence that I didn't request the PPI. Has anybody had any dealings with them, and what do you think I should do next. Anybodys help would be much appreciated....

    Hi and welcome

You done the right thing, I would never personally accept anything over the telephone either.

I would keep at them until its more of a favourable response, so if they write with that offer, then write back and tell them your not happy and request they reconsider, as you strongly believe you were mis sold, and have evidence to proof this.

If they do not deal with this to your satifactory then you can always move on to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), they should enclose details of these in the final response.

Good luck, please keep us posted and ask for help anytime.;)

I think they are just playing around to delay.

MBNA appear to be one of the worst companies to deal with !!! I reckon we should all nag them constantly until they pay us !!!
