Hi
My current buy to let buildings and contents insurance was done to 'professional/working (non-family)' for the type of tenant (this is the category that my last tenants fell into). My last tenants have now moved out and i am now looking for new tenants. My question is if i find new tenants and i have to end up changing the type of tenant on my insurance policy e.g from 'non-family' to 'family' what is usually the charge by insurance companies for this type of amendment?
