  • I've been reading this thread for a couple of days and can't believe the amounts people have been saving with this scheme. Excellent.

I've had a look in 3 large Tesco's, not a sign of any leaflets in Oldham, Rochdale or Bradford, the small Express stores haven't even heard of them. But yet there are still quite a few on Ebay.

I'll keep trying and see whether I can join the Tesco points gathering.
After reading Welsh Dragon's goal to furnish the extension I thought i'd have a look at what deals are available, can't believe it, there's loads of stuff. there was just a few days out places last time I paid attention !!
Even MFI !Welsh Dragon's extension will be fully furnished in no time.

We normally save the vouchers and use them for the christmas shop, how wrong we are !!

We will now pay more attention to the deals and vouchers that come with them !!

If anyone can help me out with the H&B vouchers it would be very much appreciated.

We even now have the serve yourself tills that we can try out !!
  • Hello Bellmar  welcome to MSE and thanks for posting it is great to see newbies joining in on the Tesco fun.

I have said this before but I have had so far:

One metal victorian kingsize bedstead, One king size mattress, pine bunk beds, 2 single mattresses, a computer chair, 4 double pine wardrobes, 4 bedside cabinets and 4 bedside cabinets so far by converting my Tesco vouchers into MFI vouchers ! When I joined this site I didn't know they were worth 4 times as much at tescos.

If I find anymore vouchers I will offer them on here I am around and about this week so I may find some.

All the best Welshy (now with a dazzling white smile) x

    PS Happy Tescoing !!

  • Also, don't forget if you are in the stores to pick up the "Photo Inspiration" booklet inside it has 2 vouchers, one for a FREE Tesco photo cd and 100 extra clubcard points when you spend £3 in store on digital prints from Tesco processing valid until 7th Sept

Every little helps - Welshy x

  • Went to Tesco today, first time since buying my vouchers off Ebay.

What a palaver, there was only 1 young male checkout assistant on today, so I spent ages loitering about in the tea and coffee aisle until it was safe for me to queue at his checkout, didn't want some supervisor directing me to a free checkout with some jobsworth. Once he scanned all my stuff I started to panic, so when I was getting my vouchers out I was physically shaking......why do I get so guilty????? Anyway, don't know what I was worrying about, he took them all no problem, although I realise now I could have given him another £1-off......must try harder next time.

I couldn't face going round for a second shop today, as I really looked suspicious with all that loitering round the Typhoo!!

Yeah, Silverburn is the posh name for Pollok Tesco :rotfl: . Popped in today and no more leaflets down by the make-up. (Incidentally, tried the R&R you posted earlier and it didn't work for me either :o. A bit of a wasted trip...)

There's no need to feel bad about using coupons Tescos get their money back and a handling charge so they don't care. I try to stick to one or two ca's who expect me to use vouchers now and even joke about it! If tescos didn't want us to use vouchers why print them themselves and leave them in the shop eg beaity ones?

    Go on don't feel bad!
