iPod Touch Video Format Help

I have just bought a 3rd Gen iPod Touch and have some avi files I want to convert and put on it.

I am using a Mac so any suggestions for suitable software?

I find the Imtoo suites of software useful for this. These are paid-for programs, so you might want to wait until someone comes along with a freebie answer.

I use Videora - they say it also works on a mac

this is the best one i've found (it has presets for the iphone/ipod touch):

and another thing is that it's cross platform (Mac, Windows & Linux) so i can use it on my linux box as well as my windows box

Thanks - tried it but kept getting Error 100000, File Not Found
