can you get feeback removed when the buyer is lying

basically buyer says listing didn't state something when it did so left a neutral (better than a neg) is there anything that can be done as i'm not that impressed as they've given my dsrs a knock too and it's not my fault grr.

If its your word against his there is nothing you can do. If he has broken any feedback policies you may be able to do something

Don't be tempted to reply in capitals stating they are lying as that will put more buyers off than the Neutral

Thanks i've replied calmly stating that it was in the listing and i have offered a refund if they aren't happy. Although seems they are happy to keep it as they could have got a refund easily as i'm a business seller!

Anyway i'm not even going to ask them to revise it even if they send back for a refund i can imagine them changing it to a neg instead.

Hi they cannot change a neutral comment to a negative one they are only given the option to upgrade it to a positive comment.
Also if it clearly states in the feedback that you did not mention something that is clearly stated in the listing ebay may remove the neutral feedback because of this it is worth phoning them and remember be nice to them they don't have to remove the feedback, just point out where your listing states whatever the feedback claims it does not.
And point out calmly that in 90 days time buyers will not be able to see your listing and that is what makes the feedback unfair as you did explain everything you needed to in the listing the buyer must not have read it correctly.
