Holiday pay for casual worker.

Every worker is entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday per annum. So if you work two days that's 11.2 days you are entitled to. I would simple ask them how they work out the entitlement.0

I work 2 full days a week Tuesday and Wednesday (16hours). work said im only entitled to 9.5 holidays a year but by the calculator on the business link it said i should be entitled to 11.3 ( whatever the 3 means? not sure). and if this is right how do i bring it up with my employer?
thanks
What do full time worker get?
Is that 2x8hr days?
Statutory min is 5.6 weeks(28 days) so yours is 11.2
If the full timers get more including BH then you are entitled to more also.
Note the 0.2 cannot be rounded down.
The problem for a lot of companies is that a lot of bank holidays now fall into the stautory 28 days min because the normal holidays are still 20-27 days, and they have not adjuted their policies for part timers, anyone with less than 20+BH is getting done.0
