Hi all
i am 2 years into an IVA for which a loan from Blackhorse was taken into account in full. My mum was a guarantor on the loan. Now she is being chased for it, but as the whole amount was taken into account when the IVA was agreed can they do this?
Thanks In Advance.
Tom

Hi Tom
I've just completed an IVA and experienced something similar a couple of times through mine. As long as it is included in the IVA then don't worry - just tell whoever is supervising the IVA that Blackhorse have been chasing your mum and they will sort it. (I imagine it isn't Blackhorse themselves, but a collection agency who may well of bought the debt).
Don't worry - and reassure your mum too.
Happy.Happy and thankful with never enough time to do everything:rotfl:0 -
