We had a letter from them about 2-3 days after we went br, arrived whilst i was in work. Hubby simply ripped it up and put in the bin and said to me when i got home "why do they think we want the debt back? we couldnt get credit anyway!"BSC # 308I should really rename myself mummytothree!!! Declared BR on Wednesday, and by Friday morning a letter plopped on my doormat from the "Bankruptcy Protection Fund Ltd" - so sorry to hear of my bankruptcy and anxious to help me fully repay my creditors and have the bankruptcy cancelled (their bold and underline from the letter). What a saintly group -offering to help me have my bankruptcy annulled on a "no win no fee" basis. From their literature it seems they can miraculously make everything right again.

Hi
I also received a letter from them which I ignored. Two days later the post man left a card saying that I had to pick up a letter from the post office because it had no stamp. It cost me one pound thirty two and the letter was from them. I am disgusted.0 -
Yes ....you all guessed right.....just 2 days after my court date THE letter falls on my doormat today:rotfl::rotfl:
....don`t you just love the `Bankruptcy Protection Fund`....(not)
....I`ll say something though they are very efficient in getting the letters out. I hav`nt even checked the register yet....they have saved me the job;):rotfl:
Needless to say their services will not be required.0 -
Yep 2 days later for us too!!

LOL Finger on the button right now..
Actually I should be grateful....its the first letter I`ve opened in the last 2 years without that awful sinking feeling that it will be covered in red `demand` writing.
I may frame it:rotfl::rotfl: ( that was a joke Btw)...shredding is more fun:D0 -
You can use mine Angie.......:rotfl:
