Sky+ Volume

We used to have an old TV and the Sky remote volume did'nt work on it, however when we got Sky+ the volume worked on the sky remote, now we have got a new TV the volume control doesn't work again, is there a way to solve this?

Any help anyone?

You can programme your sky remote to operate some functions of your TV - standby, volume etc.
