would you class this a good case for bank charges claim under finacial hardship

basically im thinking of claiming charges back from natwest and lloydstsb. here is my reason for this claim.
  • i lost my job in september and is claiming jobseekers
  • on a dmp with cccs as i could'nt keep up with paying my 2 loans and phone.
  • cycle of charges that meant i was trying to keep up with paying them each month.
  • substancial drop of income.
do you think they are good enough reasons. I'm going to college full time in september so the money could come in handy.

does anyone know the adresses to get a hardship form from both natwest and lloyds tsb.
many thanks

To answer your question you asked as a thread title, my answer would be no for current financial hardship and maybe for previous one.
When things were being bounced ie direct debits/standing orders etc, etc, did you contact the bank? What was their response?
