Had a car accident in November (other party to blame).

Had car repaired after authorised by more th>n and I paid the bill to get the car back asap.

Sent invoice and payment receipt off to them, they never received it allegedly so sent by email twice and fax once.

I phoned up a few days later and it all had been received so I was told.

Chased them up today to see whats going on and have been told they never received the above :mad:

Does anyone have a non redirected number for them in the UK (i cannot seem to make myself clear to the off shore drones with what has gone wrong) or should I just put a small claim (£196) into the other party?

Have you spoke to your personal customer manager? Probably the best place to start. Details should be in your policy docs.

if not the above , when u ring the CS phone number select option to "cancel policy" and you always get through to an english office and rep and they always sorted the same thing out for me

I have a new policy with someone else on renewal, as they couldnt beat my new quote from someone else.

They have since called me back and surprise surprise they have found my doc's and allegedly i should get a cheque in the next couple of weeks.

Waits and see....
