Festival Ticket cancellation

Hey guys

Just a quick one; I bought a ticket off justtheticket.uk.com, and found out later that they're a secondary seller. I also don't want the ticket anymore, due to them putting the price above face value; does anyone know what my rights/chances of cancellation are with this? I also payed by credit card for this as well.

Good Luck! You have little chance of getting either your tickets or any refund. They have charged me £440 for a purchase which I authorised at £199 and have failed to refund me or send my tickets. Total scam

If you have paid via credit card, try raising a claim under section 75
