Quote to install new bathroom

Hi all,
I've been lurking unregistered for a while but, now I'm having some work done, have registered and am pitching up with my first question...
I'm having a new bathroom fitted in my 2-bed flat. It's worth noting that the current bathroom does not have a bath (it has a shower cubicle):
I've been given a quote that includes tiling the floor and walls, fitting a shower rail, fitting bath, electric shower, sink, hidden cistern, toilet pan, plywood under the floor and plastering. It all amounts to £2910 for the labour (the big ticket items being £700 plumbing, including re-routing the shower/bath waste, plumbing in new supply for bath taps, tiling the walls at £700 and plastering at £250).
All-in, does this seem reasonable?
Thanks in advance,
Droid...

I forgot to say, the labour quote also includes ripping out and disposing of the old bathroom, fitting a new extractor fan, new light-switch and installing a cabinet around the sink, a wall cabinet and 4 spotlights in the ceiling.

Thanks Curly...
I live in Berkshire and I personally think it's a good quote for the amount of labour that's required. The guy comes highly recommended by friends that I trust and has made himself available for 3 weeks' worth of flat refurbishment (the bathroom work is the tip of the iceberg) at very short notice.
