Gas installed for 7 months cant get a bill help please

I had a gas supply installed in January and at the time nominated Scottish Gas as my supplier but I have not received a bill yet and starting to panic as I cant get anyone to help me sort it out.

Every time I phone scottish gas they tell me the street is still not on their computer yet so nothing can be done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated I have given meter readings but still nothing can be done.

    Find your MPR number by calling transco or your local IPGT (whoever laid the pipes) Give that number to Scottish Gas and they will be able to find your account.

    The MPR is a seperate method they can search by. If the account doesn't show on there records but they definately supply they can pass it through to a portfolio reconcilliation team and they will create you an account and send you a bill.
