At the end of my tether with Aviva

Hi everyone, rang Aviva and they've said that I'd need to send court summons and the like to an address. This is the address she's given me
Third Party Claims
PO Box 52789
Stewert Street
London
EC1P 1ZZ
I've searched for Stewert Street and it's not that postcode
In fact I'm even sure this is a London postcode?
Does anyone know or does anyone know the correct address to send court summons/third party claims to ?
Edit: this is a London postcode but it's no where near Stewert St !
I absolutely hate this company
Thanks

No good using a p.o.box number anyway for this type of correspondence (and the aviva rep who told you this should have known that!)
Use their registered office address for all correspondence concerning your legal action.
Make sure you have the right one for the Aviva you are dealing with:

I thought this so I rang Aviva so they could release his address so that I could commence legal proceedings and she said do it through Aviva because they're representing him/dealing with the claim?
edit: sorry about the construction of this sentence i'm going slightly mad with all this insurance mess!"A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on" - Winston Churchill0 -

we do give out PO box addresses, and they all come into the offices, I think it is so that the post can be sorted by function.
However, if you would like to address your letter to me, I will make sure that it gets to the legal team.

They use PO Box addresses as if they used the department names they would not fit on the envelopes in addition they continually change the name of the departments depending on what words are fashionable or whenever they get a new CEO who wants a fresh start0

Becca,
Where would I send a third party letter/claim to as opposed to court summons?
Thanks

But PO box addresses are not used when going to court! (It's no good sending the bailiffs round to a PO Box!)
So why do your advisors tell people at the end of their tether with your company to send court summonses to a useless PO box address!0
