EBay neg feedback, seller requesting removal

I bought 2 low value items from a seller on ebay on the 14th March. Total paid was around £6.50. Paid for both on one invoice.
Jiffy bag came and only 1 of the items was enclosed.
Waited a while then emailed thru Ebay on the 24th to ask (nicely!) if they were sending the other item seperately.
No reply.
Emailed thru Ebay again on the 27th.
No reply.
Put in a dispute and raised it to a claim yesterday (29th) and had my money for the second item refunded.
I then left negative feedback saying that the seller ignored me twice and that I had to escalate to a claim to get my money back.
Now I've just had an email today from the seller asking me to modify my feedback, saying that if I do so, they will refund the whole cost and send me a free gift.
I'm not inclined to remove or change my feedback as it's the truth!
Just wondering what you all think and was curious to know if this was against Ebay's policies?
Cheers :j

I wouldn't if I was you as far as I;m concerned I don't give into bribary if my FB is fsir snd correct. The problem you have though is if you mentioned the claim in the Feedback the seller could get the feedback removed anyway as you are not allowed to mention disputes in feedback. It sounds like though the seller doesn't realise this
Also how do you know they will actually do this? If you revise your FB you have no way of guaranteeing they will do this. If they go back on it you will already have changed your FB and be unable to do anything about this. I doubt the seller will refund you before you revise the FB0 -
If people have accommodated this seller in the past, that's why there was no bad feedback there to warn you off trading with them. Leave it where it is. It helps build a truer picture for the eBay market as a whole. And if you sometimes sell on the same account? then block them as a bidder for peace of mind too.0

Thanks; I'm certainly not going to be removing or changing my feedback. Just wondering if I can report this to EBay at all or do they not care about stuff like this?

Seller sells a LOT of items!
If you report ot to ebay they will probably see that you have mentioned a dispute in the feedback and remove it. So I would leave it alone if you want him to keep that neg0 -
I'd just ignore the seller, block them, and move on.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
