Sending large heavy parcel to Northern Ireland

I have sold a large heavy (19kg) item on ebay and a buyer from NI has bought it. It is 98cms long x 56cms high x 64 tall.

What is the cheapest way to send it?

If you pay via paypal and its an ebay sale 10.99 up to 30kg via parcelforce.

Make sure you are covered if the buyer says they have not received it, ie insurance if over £39 value and or tracking.
