I never considered not keeping up payments, we have always paid all our bills on time by DD, I just meant I wiil speak to the supplier and sort something out.

this happened to me with scottish power and my electricity meter...infact its happened twice lol, each resulting in a new meter.
They did not estimate usage or send me an estimated bill - they just started me from scratch.Total DebtWas £4145.81now £0.000 -
This is a class act of theft of gas, if you know it was going slow for such a long period dont be shocked when they bill you. Like most suppliers they can and do talk about metering. Once they get a request to transfer they can block you.0
