I should have had a credit of £185.00 in my bank account from stan james,my bank account shows they have taken it out instead of putting it in.I have phoned the bank and stan james twice and the bank is saying stan james have debited my account and stan james is saying they have credited it.Meanwhile i am £185 down,what do i do.

What bank card did they take the cash from, if its a Visa Debit, then you can contact VISA for a chargeback.
If its switch/maestro or any other, your out of luck.

It is a mastercard debit card,i have a statement from stan james confirming the credit and a statement from the bank confirming the debit.0

Stan James have now admitted it was there banks fault and are in the process of transfering the money taken out and the original money that should have been put in.I think i deserve a free bet at least lol0
