Nationwide PPI

Hi all,

I just like to that I was checking my loanpaperwork a few weeks ago. The loan was paid off last year and I noticed that the I was pay PPI or Loan Car as Nationwide calls it. I do recall that at the time, the person who was deal with me said that if i do not take the loan car i would not get the loan.

So i call nationwide and i told them i was mis-sold, the person at the other end said that i should write a letter, so i told him if nationwide would pay for me to post the letter, he said no, so i said that i will tak this matter to to FOS as soon as i said FOS, he said that he will pass this to the PPI/Loan Care team, A few days later i got a letter saying that thy will get back to me once they have got all the facts, after a another few days, i got a letter saying that they will refund all the PPI, which i have paid and also pay 8% on top.

i checked my account on friday and i got back just under £700. :j:j:j:j:j Happy Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it just took one phone call and it got done.

if any one has got nationwide loan, let me know and i will provide the telephone number for the PPI/Loan Care team. it will be easy as it is not an 0845 number!!!
