This reply received from eBay.

I thought I read on their terms & conditions that only one seller and one buyer account can be held.

Can anyone explain?

people buy, sell & post on different accounts
if they bought then sold on the same account people could see where they bought and just go there if it was an ebay purchase

and people post on another account as AW are rife

You can have as many ebay accounts as you like as long as they have different emails. I think i've got 5 (can't quite remember) Its madness to sell on the same account that you buy as if you get a seller you have a dispute with there is always the possibility of them auction wrecking. So taking your selling to a different account removes that problem. Its alaso madness to post on the ebay community boards on your selling ID as members have a habit there of ripping your listings apart.

You need to remember though if you have problems with one account and it is suspended if you have others the likelihood is they will be affected as well
