Apologise and explain the downstairs cludgie is the last element of your renovation plans... Make up a super swish storyboard and stand it in said loo so they can be suitably impressed... Much less work/hassle than redecorating:rotfl:
Well I would do but its a tiny room and won't take me long to decorate. If I don't and they have to use the toilet I will have to let them go upstairs.....and that is really in the throws of reconstruction....and cannot guarantee DD2 hasn't left a thong or two lying around in the bathroom...
The hall is pretty much a straight slap paint on wall job and I have done the woodwork....
