You think they'd have the common sense ... and courtesy to send an email telling their "customers" if they made a mistake and changed their mind. We're adults .....We'd just shrug .....0

I asked them when I could expect mine - here's the answer.Dear Mystic_trev,
I am afraid that we are waiting on your stock which has been very popular and will not arrive until Thursday. Therefore, your order will be dispatched soon after and we endeavor to get your wine order out to you early next week.
We will not get a tracking number until the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
I am sorry for the delay and any inconvience caused.

Just got my 3 cases today. Ordered last Thursday. It makes me laugh all the people moaning that they didnt get their quidco, want their delivery refunded etc. Have some patience. You are getting some good wine at an amazing price. Of course there is going to be a delay. Some people want their cake and eat it0

You've misunderstood and rather jumped to an incorrect conclusion. Not moaning or complaing about quidco - it was just a possible sign that Gondola had abandoned the order.
