I have also had the e-mail about delays. I think this is poor on their behalf. I have asked for a delivery refund - who knows when delivery will be now?:(0

Could anyone tell me if this is what happened to them when they placed an order. After I put in my credit card no. there was no confirmation message or any email to say my order was being processed.
I also have not received the email about any possible delay.
I am beginning to wonder if I actally have an order at all.

just spoke to them and they said high volumes of order - blah - blah - blah.
Order should be with me early next week even though they didnt look up my order.

Received the delay email for both of my two orders.
Not shown up yet ..... no charge on credit card ... and two seperate transactions show as declined on both quidco and topcashback.
Perhaps they changed their mind!?0
