How to avoid redirect costs

For various reasons I redirect my calls to my mobile via BT redirect quite a bit. I end up getting charged the call costs for this however and it's not cheap- anybody know of an alternative way to do this and save money?

You won't get a cheaper method as people ringing the landline who get directed to the mobile will not pay the extra as they may not know the call is directed to a higher mobile call cost.

Your best option is to may be get an answer machine and leave your mobile number on there, that's if want to leave your mobile number on your landline answer machine.

In most cases it's redirected to another landline though. What about inclusive minutes or a free-calls package - would that work?
