It sounds like you know you can do both jobs, but need a bit more faith in what you think you are worth. What about thinking about which company will still be around in 10 years time. I know I can do the job and normally I would have just accepted the job and salary no questions asked but they seem really really keen on me so I must be worth it lolMy home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say
