IVA missed payents help

Hello

Can anyone help me, i have been in a IVA for a couple of years now and last year i got into arreers with my payments, it was sorted out and my monthy payments reduced and IVA extended slightly, the same thing has happened now, only this time my IVA company is suggesting that my IVA should be terminated, i am now very worried about what happenes next.
I am unhappy with how my IVA has been managed over the last few years.
Does anyone know where i can get help to try and sort out my situation??

Stay calm... when you see that you are going to struggle to keep up your payments the first thing you should do is contact your IP - that way it doesn't look like you are dhirking your committments, it shows willing on your part and that your are becoming a victim of your circumstances.

So speak to your IP first and foremost and explain explain explain.

Why have you fallen behind again (And make it good! Be honest as long as honest doesn't mean "i spent all my money on a full week in the pub with my friends").
