B&Q online order - any chance of a refund after a price drop?

Hello. I placed an order last weekend for some kitchen bits when it was 20% off. These have arrived and rather annoyingly they have now stuck them on half price, meaning I could save a fair whack.
I was thinking of phoning them and asking them for a refund on the items. Anyone had success in doing this? Or am I just going to have to return them to store and buy them again?
Cheers.

You can ask but there's no legal right. But as they say if you don't ask you don't get. Be nice not demanding,0

if you ordered online you have a 14 day distance selling clause, so you can get a refund minus any delivery charges0

It is 7 WORKING days, beginning with the day after receipt of goods, original delivery charges refunded and can only charge return P&P if told about before delivery.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

The beuty of my local B&Q is that if I over order anything, they will take it back and refund no questions. So take it back then buy it in store straight after
Not sure about all stores though

I actually went in and asked if they would price match themselves. I got the difference back plus 10%!!!
How good is that?0
