I bought a buggy off of a business seller, arrived fine used it twice and one off the wheels snapped off an was unusable and unrepairable so after almost 2 weeks they sent another one. I have been using this buggy only occasionally as I childmind on mondays and tuesdays only and today the same thing has happened! I cannot do a paypal chargeback as it's over the 45 days:mad: I have contacted them but from past experience and feedback they are not quick to respond when something goes wrong. I did however pay using my credit card so can I go to my credit card company to get the money back if they don' give me a refund? If so how do I do it?
